DELIVERY

Your order will be processed within 1 to 4 days.

Your package will be delivered by Purolator or Canada Post. 

For packages delivered by Purolator, a delivery confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment. No signature will be required. In your absence, the package will be left at your door.

Packages delivered by Canada Post will also be delivered to your door, but in your absence, a note will be left and you can collect your package at the post office.

Delivery for Quebec may vary between 12$ and 16$ LPrice varies depending on weight and province .Free delivery for purchase of products 80$ and + (Quebec and Ontario) or 130$ and + for other Canadian provinces.

We use the services of Canada Post to ship packages. Delivery times depend on the availability of the products ordered (expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and begin upon validation of your order.

Deliveries are made according to the order of arrival of orders. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and any possible delay does not give rise to complaints from the buyer. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are added to the sale price of the products, calculated per order depending on the location to be delivered.

Delivery costs are free for orders of 80$ and above before taxes and promotions. This amount may be modified during various promotions. 

We do not ship orders to countries other than Canada.

Please note that in the event of a return due to an incorrect address provided when ordering online (the Post Office was unable to carry out delivery) or in the absence of recovery of the package from the Post Office within fifteen days following the postman's arrival, you will need to cover the postage costs again for returning your order.

At the moment, delivery is only possible in Canada.

 PICKUP IN PERSON

If you wish to pick up your package in person, you will need to use the “Pickup at our Local” option.» when you place your order.

When your order is ready (within 1-4 days from when you placed your order), I will call you to arrange a time for you to pick up your products.

Before choosing the “Pickup at our Location” option, make sure that you are able to travel to Quebec City, 5 minutes from the Les Galeries de la Capitale shopping center.
